A Complex of Single-family Houses in Baranów.

The conceptual design for the single-family buildings was created based on the Investor’s program, with the building planned to have two floors. Key design considerations included orientation to the cardinal directions and connecting the living area to the garden greenery. The traditionally barn-shaped forms are a proposal for minimalism, functionality, and energy efficiency. Their modern form stands out against the surroundings, while natural finishing materials reference rural farm structures. The houses feature distinctive large windows, a minimized eave, and spacious interiors. The facade is finished with natural materials such as wood and brick, with modern facade panels adding an elegant look to the buildings. This blend of traditional aesthetics and functionality combines the best features of traditional architecture to create a unique living space.
